হবিগঞ্জে ট্রাক চাপায় প্রাণ হারিয়েছেন সিএনজিচালিত অটোরিকশার ৬ যাত্রী। আজ সোমবার সকাল পৌনে ৮টার দিকে শায়েস্তাগঞ্জ উপজেলার নছরতপুর পাওয়ার প্ল্যান্টের সামনে এ দুর্ঘটনা ঘটে।
শায়েস্তাগঞ্জ থানার ভারপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা (ওসি) অজয় চন্দ্র দেব জানান, সকাল পৌনে ৮টার দিকে সিলেটগামী একটি ট্রাক বিপরীত দিক থেকে আসা একটি যাত্রীবাহী অটোরিকশাকে চাপা দেয়। এতে ঘটনাস্থলে পাঁচজন এবং সদর হাসপাতালে নেয়ার পর একজন মারা যান। নিহতদের মধ্যে দুজন নারী এবং চারজন পুরুষ রয়েছে বলে জানান ওসি।
