পাকিস্তান শাসিত কাশ্মীর এবং পাকিস্তানের ওপর ক্ষেপনাস্ত্র হামলা শুরু করেছে ভারত। মধ্যরাতে পাকিস্তানের মোট নয়টি জায়গায় হামলা চালানাে হচ্ছে বলে ভারতের সরকার দাবি করেছে।
এদিকে, ভারতের সেনাবাহিনী তাদের এক্স হ্যান্ডেলে দেয়া এক পােস্টে দাবি করেছে, ভারত শাসিত কাশ্মীরের পুঞ্চ-রাজৌরি এলাকার ভিম্বার গলিতে কামান থেকে গোলা নিক্ষেপ করেছে পাকিস্তান। এর আগে ভারতের দুইটি বিমান এবং একটি ড্রােনকে ভূপাতিত করার দাবি করেছে পাকিস্তান। খবর বিবিসির।
গত ২২শে এপ্রিল ভারত শাসিত কাশ্মীরের পহেলগামে পর্যটকদের ওপর বন্দুকধারীদের হামলায় ২৬ জন নিহত হওয়ার পর দুই দেশের মধ্যে কয়েকদিন ধরে চলমান উত্তেজনার মধ্যেই এ হামলা হলাে।
সবশেষ খবরে জানা যাচ্ছে, কাশ্মীরের নিয়ন্ত্রণ রেখা সংলগ্ন এলাকা থেকে বিস্ফােরণের শব্দ পাওয়া যাচ্ছে।
পাকিস্তানের সেনাবাহিনী বলেছে, দেশটির তিনটি স্থানে হামলা চালিয়েছে ভারত, এবং হামলায় দুইজন শিশুসহ এ পর্যন্ত মোট সাতজন নিহত হয়েছেন।
এদিকে, ‘অপারেশন সিন্দুর’ নাম দিয়ে চালানাে এই হামলায় ‘সন্ত্রাসী স্থাপনা’কে নিশানা করা হয়েছে বলে জানিয়েছে ভারত।
যেসব স্থাপনাকে লক্ষ্যবস্তু করা হয়েছে, সেখান থেকে ভারতের ওপরে ‘সন্ত্রাসী’ হামলার পরিকল্পনা করা হয়েছিল বলে ভারতের সরকার দাবি করেছে।
তবে, পাকিস্তানের কোনও সামরিক স্থাপনায় হামলা চালানো হয় নি বলে দাবি করেছে ভারত।
পাকিস্তানি সেনাবাহিনী বলেছে, তারা সময়মতো এ হামলার জবাব দেবে। তাদের বিমান বাহিনীর জেট বিমানগুলি ইতিমধ্যেই আকাশে রয়েছে।
সংবাদ সংস্থা রয়টার্স জানাচ্ছে যে পাকিস্তানের সীমান্তবর্তী অঞ্চলগুলিতে ভয়ঙ্কর বিস্ফোরণের আওয়াজ পাওয়া গেছে।
ভারতীয় সেনাবাহিনী দাবি করছে যে পাকিস্তান থেকেও ভারত শাসিত কাশ্মীরের পুঞ্চ-রাজৌরি অঞ্চলের ভিম্বর গলিতে গুলি চালানো হচ্ছে।
সাত জন নিহত, দাবি পাকিস্তানের
পাকিস্তানের সামরিক বাহিনীর একজন মুখপাত্র আহমেদ শরিফ জানিয়েছেন, ভারতের ক্ষেপণাস্ত্র হামলায় দুই শিশু সহ সাত জন নিহত হয়েছেন।
একটি মসজিদ সহ একাধিক জায়গায় এ হামলা চালানো হয়েছে বলে তিনি জানিয়েছেন।
তিনি আরও দাবি করেছেন যে, দুটি ভারতীয় বিমান এবং একটি ড্রোন তারা গুলি করে ভূপাতিত করেছেন।
পাকিস্তানের প্রধানমন্ত্রী কিছুক্ষণ আগে দেয়া এক বিবৃতিতে বলেছেন “শত্রুরা পাকিস্তানের অভ্যন্তরে পাঁচটি জায়গায় এক কাপুরুষোচিত আক্রমণ চালিয়েছে। এই আগ্রাসনের ঘটনা ছেড়ে দেওয়া হবে না।
বিনা প্ররোচনায় ভারতের এই হামলার চূড়ান্ত জবাব দেওয়ার পূর্ণ অধিকার পাকিস্তানের রয়েছে।”
যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের নিন্দা
ওয়াশিংটনে ভারতীয় দূতাবাস জানিয়েছে, হামলার পর জাতীয় নিরাপত্তা উপদেষ্টা অজিত ডোভাল যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের পররাষ্ট্র সচিব মার্কো রুবিওর সঙ্গে কথা বলেছেন।
পরে হোয়াইট হাউজে দেশটির প্রেসিডেন্ট ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্পকে এই অভিযানের বিষয়ে প্রশ্ন করা হলে তিনি জবাব দেন, “এটা লজ্জর ঘটনা”।
হোয়াইট হাউজে এক বক্তৃতায় তিনি বলেন, “আমি শুধু চাই যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব এই সংঘাত শেষ হোক।”
জাতিসংঘ মহাসচিব অ্যান্তোনিও গুতেরেসের একজন মুখপাত্র বলেছেন, নিয়ন্ত্রণ রেখা ও আন্তর্জাতিক সীমান্তে ভারতের সামরিক অভিযানে তিনি গভীরভাবে উদ্বিগ্ন।
তিনি বলেছেন, “মহাসচিব দুই দেশকেই সর্বোচ্চ সংযম দেখানোর আহ্বান জানিয়েছেন। ভারত-পাকিস্তানের আরও একটি সামরিক সংঘাতের ভার বিশ্ব বহন করতে পারবে না।”
প্রত্যক্ষদর্শীরা যা বলছেন
যেসব এলাকায় ভারতীয় হামলা হয়েছে, সেখানকার কয়েকজন বাসিন্দার সঙ্গে বিবিসি কথা বলতে পেরেছে।
পাকিস্তানের মুজাফফরাবাদের বাসিন্দা শাহনওয়াজ বলেন, ‘আমরা তখন বাড়িতে গভীর ঘুমের মধ্যে ছিলাম, বিস্ফোরণের শব্দে আমরা কেঁপে উঠি।
এখন আমরা আমাদের পরিবার, নারী ও শিশুদের নিয়ে কোনও একটা নিরাপদ স্থানের খোঁজে ঘুরছি।”
শহরে আতঙ্কের পরিবেশ বিরাজ করছে, আরও হামলার আশঙ্কা করছেন অনেকেই।
মুজাফফরাবাদের বিলাল মসজিদের পাশে যেখানে ক্ষেপণাস্ত্র পড়েছে, সেখানকার এক বাসিন্দা মোহাম্মদ ওয়াহিদ বলেন, “প্রথম বিস্ফোরণে আমার বাড়ি যখন কেঁপে ওঠে, তখন আমি গভীর ঘুমের মধ্যে ছিলাম।
“আমি পরিস্থিতিটা ঠিক বুঝে উঠতে পারার আগেই আরও তিনটি ক্ষেপণাস্ত্র এসে পড়ল,” বলছিলেন মি. ওয়াহিদ।
গত ২২ শে এপ্রিল পহেলগাম থেকে কয়েক কিলোমিটার দূরে পাহাড়ের ওপর অবস্থিত বৈসারণে পর্যটন স্পটে বন্দুকধারীদের হামলায় মোট ২৬জন নিহত এবং ১৭জন আহত হয়েছিলেন।
