ভিসা বাতিল : ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে পাকিস্তানিদের ভারত ত্যাগের নির্দেশ

ভারতশাসিত কাশ্মীরের পহেলগামে বন্দুকধারীদের হামলায় ২৬ জন নিহত হওয়ার ঘটনার পরে পাকিস্তানের বিরুদ্ধে কড়া ব্যবস্থা ঘোষণা করেছে ভারত।
ভারতের পররাষ্ট্র সচিব বিক্রম মিশ্রি বুধবার এক বিশেষ সংবাদ সম্মেলনে এই সিদ্ধান্তগুলোর বিষয়ে জানান।
সিন্ধু পানিবন্টন চুক্তি অবিলম্বে স্থগিত করা এবং পাঞ্জাবের আটারি চেকপোস্ট অবিলম্বে বন্ধ করে দেওয়ার কথা ঘোষণা করেছে ভারত।
এছাড়াও সার্ক দেশগুলোর জন্য বিশেষ ভিসা নিয়ে পাকিস্তানের নাগরিকরা ভারতে ভ্রমণ করতে পারবেন না- সেই তথ্যও জানানো হয়েছে। যারা ওই ভিসায় ইতিমধ্যেই ভারতে রয়েছেন, তাদেরও ওই ভিসা বাতিল করা হচ্ছে এবং ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ভারত ছাড়তে বলা হয়েছে।
দিল্লিতে পাকিস্তানি দূতাবাসে সেদেশের সেনা, বিমান ও নৌবাহিনীর যে ‘পরামর্শদাতারা’ রয়েছেন, তাদের ‘পার্সোনা নন গ্রাটা’, অর্থাৎ অবাঞ্ছিত বলে ঘোষণা করেছে ভারত। তাদের এক সপ্তাহের মধ্যে ভারত ছাড়তে হবে।
ভারতও ইসলামাবাদে তাদের দূতাবাস থেকে সেনা, বিমান ও নৌবাহিনীর পরামর্শদাতাদের ফিরিয়ে আনবে।
দুই দেশের দূতাবাসেরই সামরিক পরামর্শদাতাদের পাঁচজন করে কর্মীকেও নিজের দেশে চলে যেতে হবে।
দুই দেশের রাজধানীতে অবস্থিত কর্মী সংখ্যা বর্তমানের ৫৫ থেকে কমিয়ে পয়লা মের মধ্যে ৩০ এ নিয়ে আসতে হবে।
